虽说无一物,尘埃处处盖。未经勤拂拭,何知镜非台?

P.P.S. on poverty

What makes one generation more important than another? You may deny evolution but you cannot disbelieve natural selection. If we leave them be, eventually the weak will die out and the strong will survive, and after a few generation there will be (hopefully) more adaptable people living in smaller numbers. And by then (hopefully), they will be sensible enough to keep their population in balance with the food available, or creative enough to think of new ways to provide food.

Of course if I was living in poverty, I would want somebody to help me, but my wanting it doesn't make it right.
